Yoga Class (Drop-in / all levels)

Join Melanie Sutherland every Wednesday at our gym space at Movin’ Mountains for yoga!
6:30pm – 7:45pm
Cost: $10 per class
All proceeds will go to support the MM Sponsorship Fund and the Nolan Handley Legacy Scholarship. Come and build a strong yoga practice, learn yogic philosophy and participate in this karma offering to support your community.
THIS WEDNESDAY:
Practice the 5 Pillars of Yoga:
Dristhi(Gaze): Your focus and intention, keeps you grounded and rooted to the present moment, on and off your mat
Ujjayi(Breath):Your breath is the most important element. On and off your Mat, breath is the one constant in life. It reminds you that you are alive and OK.
Bandhas(foundation): Build and maintain your foundation, keep your hands, feet and core engaged in every pose and movement. On and off your Mat your Core centre and your truth carries you through your day. Be Grateful for your body!
Tapas(Heat): Heat is created within you, the heat creates strength and possibility on your mat. In life, your tapas, is your passion, your drive, the excitement of life that challenges you and keeps you moving and growing
Vinyasa (Flow): All of the pillars lead to flow. Focus, be present, be true to yourself, create your inner fire and be ready to flow through life and around all of the obstacles and challenges that come your way
